Centre piecesAt The Whole Hog we are passionate about food, its freshness and presentation. It is impossible to list all that we can do, with our portable kitchens and experienced chefs we can create almost anything.

From 150 - 15000 we have large and varied menus including vegetarian and halal dishes and will happily quote for whatever you require.

We excel in presenting delicious, decorated buffets and for our selection of contemporary salads, all freshly prepared on site.

These include:

  • Thai rice with vegetable and fresh coriander
  • Classic Caesar
  • Chunky Coleslaw with cream and red cabbage
  • Italian tomato pesto pasta with fresh basil

  • Spicy coconut rice
  • Five leaf dressed green salad with fresh herbs
  • Roasted Mediterranean vegetables in olive oil
  • Tabuleah with fine vegetables and lemon juice

Where possible we like to use seasonal ingredients

If a function has a theme we can happily create a buffet that reflects this.
